能量補給頻率影響表現
2020/1發表於著名期刊Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research的研究比較了2小時騎行的不同能量補給頻率(30min/45min/不進行補給), 結果建議較高的補給頻率(在這裡是每30分鐘)能有比較好的平均速度表現。
